RiseUp! joins the PopUp trend of “popping-up” one day, then disappearing anywhere from one day to several weeks later. Proven to build up interest by unique exposure, the goal of RiseUp! Popup choir is to use music as an agent for interfaith dialogue amongst choir members and audiences.

New York meets Austria in this collaborative workshop of American and Austrian musicians. With a goal of "making music and making community" this four day workshop, complete with jam sessions, combos, private lessons and concerts teaches theory, harmony, ear training, improvisation and music history through music ensembles and instrumental instruction.

First rate instruction and advice from Manhattan School of Music Alumni who teach you how to succeed in your auditions and how to master "essential jazz ingredients." Play with a live rhythm section and a horn player, covering the repertoire that will be needed to get accepted into New York’s most prestigious jazz programs.
